How do I join cocoa?

cocoa is currently in beta. You need a 6-character invite code to register. Ask a friend who already uses cocoa; they can find their invite code on the Account page.

What if I forget my password?

On the sign-in page, enter your registered email and tap “Forgot password.” Follow the link in the email to set a new password. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive.

Can I withdraw a box I've gifted?

Before the recipient claims it, you can withdraw it under Account → Gift history, unless the series rules prevent withdrawals. Once claimed, the box belongs to the recipient.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Account → Settings → Delete account, then enter your password to confirm. The deletion page and our Privacy Policy explain what will be deleted and what will be retained.
