Welcome to cocoa. You can use reference images and text to create characters and box collections, and claim, open, gift, and collect digital creations. Before registering, read these terms and our Privacy policy. Contact support@cocoabox.app with any questions.
Accounts and beta invitations
Registration requires an accessible email address, a password, and a valid invite code. Use an email address you control, keep your password secure, and do not impersonate others or use their accounts. An invite code is used only after successful registration. Entering or verifying a code does not create an account.
cocoa is not intended for children under 14. Minors should use it with a guardian’s knowledge and guidance. Contact us about accounts belonging to minors.
Uploads and creation
Upload only images and text you have the right to use. Do not upload someone else’s private information or content that infringes their rights. To complete a creation you initiate, we process your reference images and text and generate artwork, models, packaging, and cards. Our Privacy policy explains the providers involved and how data is processed.
AI results may contain errors or differ from your expectations. Review them before releasing, sharing, or using them elsewhere. Using generation tools does not grant rights to third-party characters, trademarks, or assets. These terms do not require you to transfer ownership of your existing work.
Claiming, gifting, and collecting
Boxes in the app are digital content. Claim limits, expiration dates, and gift status are shown on the relevant pages. Check the recipient before confirming a gift, and consider who can access any claim link you share.
Boxes someone has already claimed belong to them. Deleting your account cannot take them back. Whether unclaimed gifts can be withdrawn, and what happens when they expire, depends on the gift’s rules and the details shown on its page.
Safety and acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal activities, or infringements of others’ rights. Do not bypass account verification, claim gifts without authorization, or disrupt the service. Contact support if you discover account misuse, infringement, or a system problem.
Features and interfaces may change during the beta. If a task fails or the network disconnects, check its status and use the recovery or retry actions provided.
Personal information and account deletion
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and deleted. You can request deletion in the app under Account → Settings → Delete account, or contact support@cocoabox.app about account and data issues.
Deletion takes effect immediately after confirmation and cannot be reversed. Boxes already claimed by friends and the collections needed for them remain, without your attribution. The deletion confirmation page and Privacy policy explain how other data is handled.
